TRANSFER WITH DONOR EMBRYOS

What does it involve?

This treatment is performed if the patient is unable to produce viable embryos.

In these cases the patient receives embryos from the GIROFIV donor programme, donated by other couples. Embryo donation is always a voluntary, anonymous and altruistic process.

The patient must receive mild hormonal treatment in order to prepare the uterus for the implantation of donor embryos.
